NFL Total & Permanent Disability & Social Security Disability Claims

NFL Total & Permanent Disability & Social Security Disability Claims

As covered by the Bert Bell/Pete Rozelle NFL Player Retirement Plan you may be entitled to receive Total & Permanent Disability benefits.  Please note that this is a level of disability that most players, fortunately, do not ever reach.  If you are totally and permanently disabled, not only can we assist you with that claim, but we can also help you with your social security disability claim.

In fact, we will help you file your social security claim FIRST.  Once we help you with your social security award, then we are able to move ahead and help you get your total and permanent disability award.

Below are some details regarding NFL Total & Permanent Disability claims taken directly from the NFLPA.  If you have questions, and you probably will, just give us a call and we’ll give you the clear, concise answers you’re looking for.
